Fujihiro-san was one of the first people I met when we came to Osaka, maybe the first restaurant we entered, and we've been happy customers ever since! It's a genuine honour to have my first solo gig at her establishment.

藤廣さんは、私たちが大阪に来て初めて出会った方のひとりで、もしかしたら初めて入ったお店だったかもしれません。それ以来、ずっと喜んで通わせていただいています!彼女のお店で初めてのソロライブをさせていただけることは、本当に光栄なことです。

I named this session "Songs of Experience" after a book of poetry that William Blake wrote. The songs I picked felt to me to be about an adult experience, one who has seen the world. Blake also wrote a companion book called "Songs of Innocence", and so I'll start with some songs that have an innocent vibe to them.

今回のセッションに「Songs of Experience(経験の歌)」というタイトルをつけたのは、ウィリアム・ブレイクが書いた詩集にちなんでいます。選んだ曲は、世界を見てきた大人の経験を歌ったものだと感じています。ブレイクは「Songs of Innocence(無垢の歌)」という対になる詩集も書いていて、それにならって、まずは無垢な雰囲気を持つ曲から始めたいと思います。
